OrbitForm helps providers under Australia's National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) collect information and get agreements signed in one place. When someone submits a form, it checks the answers for risk, creates the documents, adds the details to the care system and sends anything that needs a signature.
An e-government platform designed in 2020 for Nigerian state and local governments. Sixteen systems across federal, state and local tiers, on one design system, with Odeda Local Government, Ogun State, as the pilot.
One platform for participants, rostering, billing, compliance and training, so the front office and the back office work from the same records.
A bookkeeping app for small business owners in Nigeria. Record sales and expenses, track who owes you, and manage stock, even with little or no internet.
How I work
I look at a service in layers: what users go through, what the staff running it do, and what the systems behind it allow. A line marks what users can see and what happens out of sight. Then I make decisions in that order, using a service blueprint like the one below.
